We are a dynamic company in the Food & Beverage industry, looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our Operational Team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality dishes, follow kitchen standards, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver excellent dining experiences for our guests.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / High School graduate or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a cook, commis, or in a similar kitchen role.
- Good knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Able to follow recipes and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Description
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
