We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of corporate compliance and governance requirements, with the ability to handle tasks independently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in the company secretarial field.
Proficient in preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining company records, and ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2016.
In-depth knowledge of the MBRS (Malaysian Business Reporting System) is essential.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiarity with SSM requirements, corporate governance, and board meeting preparations will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit statutory returns to SSM within stipulated timelines.
Manage and maintain statutory registers and company records.
Assist in organizing and preparing resolutions, notices, and minutes for meetings.
Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
