We’re seeking a Clinic Manager Cum Staff Nurse’ who will balance operational efficiency, team leadership, and innovative healthcare delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience for both in-person and online clients. This is the first Good Clinic—the model that will expand across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a fast-growing, venture-backed company with the opportunity to shape its medical direction and potentially share in its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Operational Excellence:
· Lead the setup and launch of the clinic and telehealth platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both in-clinic and online consultations.
· Map, design, and implement client journey that ensures a seamless client experience, from registration to consultation.
· Establish and maintain high standards of operational performance by creating and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Drive Financial Performance and Efficiency:
· Manage the clinic’s budget to optimize financial performance while controlling costs and ensuring resource efficiency.
· Oversee the billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for both in-person and tele-health services.
· Regularly analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
3. Drive Client Experience and Satisfaction:
· Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing clients’ concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring overall satisfaction.
· Develop and implement systems to collect and act on clients’ feedback to continually improve services and patient engagement.
· Manage patient registrations and check-ins for both in-person and online consultations.
4. Clinical procedures:
· Assist with various medical procedures, including blood draws, Pap smears, HPV-related procedures, and other clinical tasks.
· Provide support during patient consultations and treatments.
5. Maintain a High-Performing Clinic Environment:
· Ensure the clinic operates at full capacity with the necessary medical and administrative supplies, and equipment in optimal condition.
· Foster a clean, safe, and organized environment that reflects the clinic’s commitment to quality and client care.
· Maintain clinic infrastructure and manage the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of equipment to meet the clinic’s operational needs.
6. Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards:
· Ensure the clinic meets all required healthcare regulations, including licensing, telehealth standards, and data protection laws.
· Develop and oversee systems that ensure the clinic’s services are continuously aligned with established healthcare quality standards and best practices.
7. Promote Growth and Business Development:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase clinic visibility and attract new clients.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clinic’s reach, enhance client engagement, and drive revenue growth.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the clinic’s services.
· Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to expand reach and patient engagement.
8. Lead, Develop, and Retain a High-Performing Team:
· Build and maintain a motivated, efficient, and skilled team through recruitment, training, and professional development.
· Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that ensures a high level of service for both in-clinic and telehealth services.
· Ensure effective staff scheduling to meet clinic demand while maintaining employee satisfaction and performance
Requirements
· The candidate must have at least a Diploma or a Degree in a related field (Nursing/Healthcare Administration or a related field).
· Possess a Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) under the Malaysian Nursing Board.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations is preferred. Experience as a staff nurse, particularly in performing medical procedures, will be considered an advantage.
· Experience in clinical procedures, especially Pap smears and HPV-related procedures.
· Savvy in using social media and demonstrating a good understanding of digital marketing tools.
· Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Proficient in financial management, reporting, and operational planning.
· Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
· Able to work staggered shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Working Hours*
Clinic Operating Hours:
· Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (shift-based)
· Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
· Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Telehealth Operating Hours (Doctors Only):
· Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
*Working hours are shift-based and may be adjusted based on demand and clinic needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
