Job Opening: Clerical Admin – Permitting and HDD Division

Location: Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range : RM2,000 – RM3,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

1. Petty Cash Management

Handle daily HDD petty cash – disbursement, receipts, and reconciliations.

Maintain proper records with full supporting documents (both physical and digital).

Submit weekly cash reports to the Finance PIC and flag any discrepancies.

2. Finance & Site Support

Assist Finance in compiling and organizing invoices, claims, and site-level expenses.

Upload and maintain documentation in Zoho or Excel.

Monitor and align cash usage with site activities.

3. Permitting & Documentation

Fill, submit, and follow up on authority permits (TNB, MBPJ, JKR, etc.).

Track approval statuses and maintain a complete log of all documentation.

Ensure documents are filed and accessible for audits or site reference.

4. Admin & Coordination

File and manage both physical and electronic records for each project site.

Support the Project Manager and Finance PIC on documentation and urgent tasks.

Prepare and maintain trackers (SRF, HOD, Biz Submissions, Permits).

Strong prioritization skills – knows what to handle first.

Performs under pressure – fast decision-making during high activity.

Fast turnaround time – does not delay key tasks or approvals.

Works well in fast-paced environments – HDD project tempo.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.

1–3 years experience in clerical, admin, or site-based support role.

Good in Excel & Word; Doc Handling.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Strong discipline, follow-up, and sense of accountability (especially with cash).

Preferred

Experience in HDD/Fiber Optic/Construction industry.

Can start immediately.

Willing to work extended hours or weekends when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
