We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin to support our Insurance Agent or Financial Advisor (FA).
Applicants must have prior experience in insurance or financial services industry, or previously as a Financial Advisor, Insurance Agent, or their Admin/Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be assisting FAs with day-to-day admin tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing insurance claims
- Following up on claim status and pending documents
- Submitting service requests and forms
- Tracking new business application status
- Sending reminders for overdue premium payments
- Updating client summaries
- Managing emails and organizing data
- Updating calendars with appointments and reminders
- Assisting with general insurance matters (e.g. Travel, Car, Home)
- Updating PowerPoint slides
- Translating documents or messages (English <-> Chinese)
- Other related admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the insurance or FA industry (as an FA, agent, or assistant/admin)
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written & spoken)
- Tech-savvy and organized – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Independent and responsible – we work remotely, but team support is key
- Familiar with Singapore’s financial and insurance processes is an advantage
- Understands the importance of data privacy and maintains strict confidentiality at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: RM15.00 per hour
