Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the F&B industry.
- Possess basic skills in using POS systems (StoreHub).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
- Basic knowledge in marketing.
Job Scope :
1) OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Skilled in managing the daily operations of a café comprehensively, including the ability to identify management needs and source as well as appoint suitable experts in related fields to meet organizational objectives.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth daily operations of the café.
- Organize operational plans to improve service speed and customer satisfaction.
2) LEADERSHIP & STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Provide daily briefings, guidance, and training to new and existing employees.
- Monitor staff performance and carry out evaluations and improvement actions.
3) QUALITY & HYGIENE CONTROL
- Ensure food and beverage preparation standards are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across the entire café, including the kitchen and restrooms.
4) REPORTING & IMPROVEMENT
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, operational issues, and customer feedback.
- Provide suggestions to enhance service quality and productivity.
5) PROMOTIONS & MARKETING
- Support the implementation of café promotions and ensure staff communicate promotional information to customers effectively.
- Contribute ideas to the marketing team or manage social media when necessary.
6) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Manage stock and ensure there is no wastage of raw materials.
