Job Scope:
a. Sales and Business Development
- Manage and grow inter-company sales by ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and affiliated entities.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and maintain OEM (Original Equipment
- Manufacturer) clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential and existing OEM clients.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend new product opportunities or improvements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth or areas needing improvement.
b. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients, providing timely updates and support.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with inter-company stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and effective issue resolution.
c. Operational Support
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients
- Assist in optimizing inter-company and OEM sales processes for better efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, compliance progress, and accreditation status for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal & written skills, confident in pitching ideas.
- Proven lead generation, deal closing, B2B/B2C experience.
- Able to spot trends & conduct competitor research.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Able to meets/exceeds KPIs, handles pressure well.
- Good networking & stakeholder engagement.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
