Job Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis
● Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas within the education sector.
● Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to adapt to market changes.
2. Strategic Planning
● Assist in developing and implementing short-term and long-term business development strategies.
● Support senior management in aligning strategies with organizational goals.
3. Client Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
● Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation
● Support sales efforts to achieve revenue targets by presenting compelling proposals and solutions.
● Participate in negotiations for contracts and agreements to establish beneficial partnerships.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork
● Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
● Contribute to fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
6. Reporting and Analysis
● Track and report key performance metrics related to business development activities.
● Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
7. Ad Hoc Tasks
● Assist in managing ad hoc tasks and projects related to business development.
● Adapt to changing priorities and address challenges as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in the education sector).
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
● Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
