- Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, access points, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues on-site or remotely
- Diagnose and repair IT devices such as printers as needed
- Perform site surveys, structured cabling, and hardware setup at customer premises
- Support and maintain end-user devices, servers, and other IT equipment as needed
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation for each visit
- Perform other duties assign by the superior from time to time
