Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop effective business strategies to secure and win sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive support and handling inquiries.
- Prepare compelling proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Construction, Electrical, ELV, IT, AV, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage.
- Basic proficiency in computing, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Capable of working under minimal supervision and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Must possess own transportation.
