Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company’s growth in property development projects.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, business partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, project papers, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in land acquisition activities, including evaluation, negotiation, and due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Project, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth execution of development projects.
- Monitor and track project pipelines, providing periodic updates to senior management on progress and potential risks.
- Support in preparing annual business development strategies and budgets to achieve company objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Development, Real Estate, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the property development / real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property development processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct financial feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- For Manager level – must have proven experience in leading business development initiatives and managing a team.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
