Store Operations
- Ensure product displays are consistently restocked to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Gather, compile, and submit sales and customer service data for reporting purposes.
- Follow established opening and closing procedures daily without fail.
- Process payments and manage cash handling in full compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Sales Performance
- Achieve or surpass individual and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
Customer Experience
- Provide outstanding customer service in alignment with brand expectations.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, projecting a premium and consistent brand image.
- Offer reliable after-sales assistance to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively build and maintain a robust client database through continuous engagement.
- Guide and support new team members in delivering excellent customer service.
Personal Grooming
- Consistently present a neat and professional appearance.
- Comply with the company’s grooming and dress code at all times.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage inventory and carry out scheduled monthly stock audits.
- Perform daily opening and closing stock counts; resolve discrepancies within 2–3 working days.
- Update the range plan regularly to reflect new arrivals and stock movement.
- Implement theft prevention protocols to reduce inventory loss.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate stock records and relevant documentation.
- Supervise merchandise handling to:
- Reduce stock shrinkage and promptly report irregularities.
- Ensure packaging materials are well-stocked and used efficiently.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising
- Keep the store environment clean, orderly, and inviting.
- Safeguard the condition of merchandise, displays, and store fixtures.
- Apply brand visual merchandising standards to uphold a high-impact store presentation.
Professionalism & Product Knowledge
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage.
- Show initiative and take proactive steps in daily operational tasks.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with customers.
- Display professionalism and integrity in all work-related interactions.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
