The Branch Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability of the motorcycle company’s branch. This role ensures smooth coordination between the Sales Department and the Repairing Department, driving both customer experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
● Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Advisors, Sales Admin, Pre-Delivery Technicians, and Mechanics.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
● Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across sales and repairing departments.
● Coordinate pre-delivery processes to ensure motorcycles are delivered in optimal condition.
● Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
● Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation for branch staff.
● Monitor and control branch expenses, budgets, and resources.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
● Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, and service activities for top management.
● Work closely with the Marketing Department to support promotional activities and campaigns in order to increase total branch sales.
● Foster strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration with the Boards, HR, and Account Departments to achieve company objectives and goals.
Departmental Oversight
● Sales Department Sales Advisors – Achieve sales targets, handle customer inquiries, and promote motorcycles and financing options. Sales Admin – Manage documentation, customer records, loan processing, and registration paperwork. Pre-Delivery Technician – Prepare motorcycles for delivery, install accessories, ensure quality checks, and report defects.
● Repairing Department Mechanics - Perform motorcycle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and ensure quality workmanship. - Support Staff (if applicable) – Assist mechanics with tools, spare parts, and workshop management.
Skills and Qualifications
● Proven experience in branch or operations management, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
● Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
● Solid understanding of sales processes, customer service, and after-sales support.
● Ability to manage budgets, resources, and achieve performance targets.
● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and conflicts.
● Knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and technical processes is an added advantage.
● Attend weekly management meetings and present detailed branch performance reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
