Job Description:
- Lead and improve the branch’s sales performance, cost control, and administrative efficiency to achieve branch targets.
- Manage daily branch operations and work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Handle customer orders, including maintaining order portals, managing online sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing, and ensuring all payments are up to date.
- Monitor and manage branch stock levels to ensure they follow company SOPs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
- Participate in company events and use social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Live) to promote products, working with the marketing team to create and run campaigns.
- Provide feedback on marketing materials, advertising, and digital strategies to help grow brand awareness.
- Perform general administrative, coordination, and support tasks as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management or a related field, with professional qualifications preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills and a disciplined work ethic.
