Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail outlet. This role involves overseeing staff performance, managing sales and inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting business targets in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and collaboration with the sales team to meet targets .
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent and consistent staff performance.
- Performance Management: Set, track and evaluate staff and branch performance against company KPIs and objectives.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock record accuracy and optimal stock levels
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Prior experience in retail or wholesale industry.
- Strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and team-oriented problem solver.
Good to Have:
- Strong local market knowledge and customer behavior insights.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets or large teams.
- Multilingual: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia and other dialect.
Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)
