Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on services/products rendered
- Review and verify billing data, including purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents
- Enter billing information into accounting systems or software
- Resolve billing errors and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Generate billing reports and summaries for management review
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing processes
- Maintain updated records of invoices, payments, and customer information
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
- Comply with company policies and applicable laws regarding billing and collections
