Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and issue invoices for freight, customs, warehousing, and other logistics services.
- Verify job completion, service charges, and supporting documents before billing.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain records of billing transactions in the accounting or ERP system.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and support in follow-ups for payment.
- Assist in preparing billing reports and summaries for management.
- Handle customer inquiries related to invoices or payment issues.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
- Have 1–2 years of working experience in billing or administrative roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
