Requirements:
- Fruent Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (HR / Admin preferred)
- Familiar with basic HR and administrative processes
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and good communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle tasks assigned by management
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily HR and administrative tasks
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and resignation procedures
- Maintain and update employee records and files
- Assist in attendance and payroll data preparation
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
