Job Responsibility
1. Inspect company premises and staff hostel facilities regularly, monitoring safety, cleanliness and disciplinary issues, taking photos and actions in accordance with Company standards and Hostel Rules & Regulations if there are any violations.
2. Manage the timely submission, collection, and safekeeping of documents, ensuring accurate organization and secure record-keeping.
3. Liaise with government departments for license applications and foreign worker matters, and handle outstation tasks such as clearance of new arrivals of foreign workers or document submissions when necessary.
4. Liaise with contractors and mechanics regarding the maintenance and repair of equipment (including office, production, and company properties).
5. Bring foreign workers to the clinic for Fomema check-ups and medical treatment.
6. Perform office-related errands such as postal services, monthly payroll contribution payments, and utility bill payments.
7. Conduct inspections of the project team during their work, including installations, loading and unloading of items, and other tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
8. Assist with HR-related & Finance-related tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
