Description
As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our revenue billing processes. Working at the heart of the Finance team, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and cash flow — making you a key contributor to our commercial success. You’ll be responsible for delivering precise billing aligned with contractual terms, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
This is based in our office in Kuala Lumpur, where we operate hybrid working as part of a global team.
On a typical day, you'll be...
- Processing monthly billing through our semi-automated system (NetSuite)
- Handling ad hoc billing requests with speed and accuracy
- Ensuring invoices are issued from the correct subsidiary to the correct customer, with all required details
- Adhering to customer-specific requirements, including PO numbers and portal uploads
- Collaborating with customers and our credit control team to resolve billing queries efficiently
- Performing monthly validation checks and reconciliations to ensure all revenue is billed
- Liaising with colleagues across Operations, Commercial, and Finance to maintain data accuracy
