About the Role

If so, we’d love to meet you!We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients — helping them feel confident, supported, and excited about using ChatDaddy.You’ll guide clients from the very beginning of their journey, provide helpful tips along the way, and ensure they continue getting value from our platform over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key point of contact, you’ll:
- Support and guide new clients through setup and onboarding, making sure they feel comfortable and confident.
- Build strong relationships through friendly and regular check-ins.
- Help clients explore more value in our platform — many use only a small part of the features, and your suggestions will make their lives easier.
- Encourage smart automation use to improve how they work.
- Listen actively to client feedback and share their ideas with our team to make ChatDaddy even better.
- Assist with renewals and upsells by identifying opportunities that truly benefit the customer.
- Troubleshoot issues with care and follow up to make sure clients feel supported every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to meet someone who:
- Has 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles — preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Speaks both English andChinese (required) and enjoys communicating with clients.
- Brings a warm, solution-focused attitude and loves helping others succeed.
- Is organized and confident using tools like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Enjoys working independently but loves being part of a collaborative team.
- Is proactive — someone who notices small things before they become big problems.
Experience with WhatsApp automation or similar platforms is a plus, but not required — we’ll support your learning!
