- Follow-Up: Reach out to clients post-treatment or purchase to check on satisfaction and provide support.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service professionally, ensuring each client feels valued.
- Client Communication: Clearly explain treatments or procedures to address client questions and assist in making informed purchase decisions.
- Aftercare Guidance: Advise clients on any necessary post-treatment care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing client interactions and follow-up status.
Responsibilities Pertaining to Clinic Operations:
- Housekeeping: Maintain clinic cleanliness and adhere to high hygiene standards.
- Frontline Duties: Support client-facing tasks, including reception, appointment scheduling, and billing as needed.
- Assistance in Procedures: Aid doctors with procedures when required, ensuring smooth operation.
- Workplace Culture: Support a workplace culture that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Team Collaboration: Work well with colleagues to foster unity and effective teamwork.
- Task Management: Ensure daily tasks are completed, such as updating treatment notes, dispensary, patient files, and follow-ups.
- Task Reliability: Complete tasks reliably and follow instructions from the branch manager.
- Idea Sharing: Share feedback and ideas with HQ to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory levels, coordinating with HQ to ensure optimal supply levels.
- Equipment Care: Ensure all clinic equipment and machines are well-maintained, operational, and properly cared for.
- Administrative Oversight: Handle all administrative tasks for the branch, ensuring smooth operational flow
