Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned service team during functions.
- Coordinate setup and ensure table arrangements, linen, and equipment follow function sheets.
- Guide and motivate Banquet Waiters on guest service standards and timing.
- Liaise with the kitchen for food timing and course sequence.
- Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest needs or complaints during the event and escalate when necessary.
- Check post-event cleanup and ensure the venue is reset as per guidelines.
- Conduct headcounts and submit basic shift reports to the Banquet Supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of banquet service experience, preferably in hotels.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Attention to detail in service execution and setup.
- Able to work long hours and during events with demanding timelines.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Pay: Up to RM2,700.00 per month
