Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, discussing their vehicle service needs
- Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds to identify additional service opportunities
- Create accurate service orders with detailed descriptions of customer concerns
- Communicate clearly with technicians about repair needs and priorities
- Provide customers with comprehensive explanations and cost estimates
- Keep customers informed about service progress and any additional repairs needed
- Process payments and explain completed work when customers pick up vehicles
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized records and schedules to maximize shop efficiency
- Meet or exceed monthly service sales targets
Job Requirements:-
- Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Automotive or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in customer-friendly terms
- Sales aptitude with focus on educating rather than pressuring customers
- Computer proficiency with dealership management software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
