Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Front Office Department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front office procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
