Location:
Near MRT & LRT Station ( 10 Min walk)
- Accounting Support:
- Maintaining accounting books and records.
- Processing and recording financial transactions like invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assisting with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Preparing basic financial reports and schedules.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
- Administrative Support:
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records.
- Handling general office administration tasks.
- Ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
- Assisting with purchasing office supplies.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks like leave management and employee records.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of experience in admin or accounting support.
- Familiarity with Master account software, MS Excel and MS Word is an advantage
- Training will be provided.
- Positive personality and good working attitude.
- Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
