New Hire Induction & Documentation
- Conduct induction sessions for new employees using pre-recorded materials.
- Ensure timely completion and proper filing of onboarding documentation
Attendance Management
- Monitor and verify attendance records for operative-level staff.
- Manually download and compile attendance data from Bukit Minyak office on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Prepare and submit attendance-related reports to relevant stakeholders.
Scanning Device Terminal Management
- Oversee the functionality and maintenance of attendance scanning devices.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and updates as needed.
Stock & Inventory Management
- Manage inventory for uniforms, safety shoes, lab coats, and other employee essentials.
- Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders.
Event Coordination
- Plan and organize employee engagement events such as birthday celebrations, festive gatherings, and other internal activities.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
Any other ad-hoc tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
