Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit company agreements for stamping via LHDN's online platform.
- Deliver important documents to lawyers and clients within the Klang Valley (primarily KL).
- File and maintain sensitive and confidential company records.
- Purchase office stationery, supplies, and toiletries as needed.
- Support the team in handling company collections and client follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the lawyer register accurately.
- Track lending documents to ensure sufficient forms are available.
- Assist the boss with personal errands and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good multitasking skills and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel within Kuala Lumpur for client visits
- Must have a Bike
