- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support and manage office documentation
- Monitor monthly company Shell fuel card statements
- Oversee renewal of company licenses, certificate,
- Ensure the efficient functioning of office resources and facilities
- Organized and maintain filling
- Assist with project-related and compliance documentation
- Contract basis, with potential extension subject to company requirements and work performance.
- Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduated is encourage to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Possess a valid driving license in B2/D
- Familiar with AutoCAD is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
