Ian The Chiro, Cheras KL is hiring a full-time Chiropractic Administrative Assistant to support daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for fresh healthcare grads (nursing, physio, medical, etc.) who are waiting for housemanship, preparing for overseas placements, or exploring clinical work.
We also welcome longer-term applicants who are looking to grow with us in a meaningful, patient-focused setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the chiropractor during patient sessions
- Manage bookings, records, and patient follow-ups
- Educate patients on care plans and treatment options
- Help with social media content and clinic promotion
- Occasionally support off-site corporate events
What we’re looking for:
- Speaks Mandarin (preferred) and English clearly
- Can commit for 9–12 months minimum
- Comfortable working weekends (Sat & Sun)
- Whether outgoing or slightly introverted, just be good with people
- Able to commute to Cheras reliably

- Canva or basic design skills
- Familiarity with IG, FB, or other social platforms
