Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Duties
- Collect, deliver, and dispatch documents, parcels, or materials between departments, sites, and external parties (e.g., banks, government offices, courier services).
- Maintain dispatch records including delivery time, location, and recipient.
- Ensure all dispatch-related activities are handled in a timely and safe manner.
- Support urgent dispatch tasks as required if any.
- Take care of the company vehicle/motorbike (if assigned), ensuring it is in good working condition
Admin Support
- Provide basis HR functions such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning HR documents.
- Support HR team in ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Support the HR team in the administration of staff benefits and staff welfare initiatives such as health programs, team-building activities etc
- Assist in organizing welfare activities (e.g., employee engagement programs and festive events).
- Liaise with internal departments for administrative coordination.
General Duties
- Perform ad hoc office errands as instructed by HR / Finance.
- Handle minor purchases for welfare items, pantry needs, or stationery (with approval).
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess valid driving license (motorbike/car).
- Familiarity with office support functions and basic HR administration.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and organized.
- Good attitude, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
