Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in-store and online.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle order placements, special requests, and catering bookings efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing a warm, welcoming, and positive experience.
2. Administrative and Ordering Tasks
- Manage daily and weekly ordering of ingredients, packaging, and supplies from vendors.
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and ensure sufficient supplies without overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients, particularly items required for French pastries.
- Oversee and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments related to stock and supplies.
- Keep track of shop expenses and prepare basic financial reports for management review.
3. Halal Compliance
- Ensure all ingredients and products are compliant with Halal standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and certifications for Halal compliance.
- Liaise with Halal certification officer when required and ensure periodic renewals are completed.
- Regularly audit the kitchen and processes to ensure adherence to Halal practices.
- Educate team members on Halal requirements and ensure they are consistently followed.
4. Operational Support
- Support the team during peak hours or when additional help is required, including assisting with cashiering or packaging.
- Prepare and maintain records for daily sales, operational expenses, and petty cash.
5. Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
