- Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries.
- Keep records of company expenses, receipts, and basic petty cash.
- Support general admin tasks such as filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
