1. GL Management :
a) Applying guarantee letters
b) Prepare invoice and itemized bills
c) Ensure submission is done and the documents are posted on time.
2. Preparation of Medical Report; ensure the related documents are completed and recorded in Medical Report Request book.
3. Call patients/agents to inform that the medical report is ready for collection
4. Ensure the report collected within the 2 weeks from the issuance date. ( Refer work flow for preparation of medical report)
5. Issue Payment Voucher for payment
6. Ensure and maintain cleanliness and safety for the work and clinic area
7. Maintenance & Centre up-keep;
a) Ensure the clinic’s needs and other administration related activities e.g such as stationery, staff refreshment, refreshment for patients including AC/electrical/water etc
8. Assist in purchasing of medication and office supplies.
9. Preparing monthly reporting that are required by the management.
10. Provide regular update to the Managing Directors regarding any discrepancies or any suspicious activity.
11. Assist in preparing billing/invoices for patients & Insurance partners.
12. Additional duties assigned by the Superior/Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition and natural enthusiasm for patient care
Required language(s): Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Malay; conversing in Chinese is an added advantage.
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Pleasant personality with the ability to multi-task
Must pay high attention to details and accuracy.
Working hours are from 8.30am – 5.30pm
5.5 days work.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
