To handle, follow up, prepare documentation & report, maintaining record & file, update management and ensure the documentation and record all in order as below;

I. Admin General Meeting

Incoming & outgoing call, document & parcel. Meeting room, handling guess, to ensure all guest, meeting room book, online meeting book & etc.

2. New Licence & Renewal

To handle new applications and renewal of MIDA, Local Council & etc. Record & File

3. Tenancy Agreement

New, renewal, review contract, liaise with internal & external.

4. Company Vehicle

Purchase of new vehicle, Insurance & road tax renewal, fuel card, OPS, vehicle maintenance record, any

matter related to Accident, JPJ, Summon, Police, Puspakom & etc,

5. Company Insurance

To record factory insurance, genset insurance, boiler insurance & any general insurance related to the company

6. Office Matter

To handle pantry item, photostat machine, stationery, water filter, TM, Unifi, Air-conditioned & etc

7. Letter & Document

Exp: General filling & recording, email, letter, document, bank guarantee & etc

8. Parking

Handle parking related matter

9. Phone Line/ Telco

To handle renewal contract telco, do plan comparison & etc. Handling new sim card request.

10. Company Property

To handle company prope1iy such as handphone, laptop, desktop etc

11. Building Facility Matter

To handle building facility such as cleaner, maintenance and pest control

13. To handle any add HOC given by the management

Requirement;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,864.60 - RM3,500.00 per month
