Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Personal Assistance:Provide personalized support to superiors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Act as a liaison between superiors and internal/external stakeholders.
Proactive Problem Solver:Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise.
Motivated and Energetic:Approach tasks with enthusiasm and energy, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
English Environment:Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Ensure a high standard of English language proficiency in all communications.

Qualifications:
