We are looking for Admin Cum HR Executive to join our Smoked Kingdom team. You will be based in Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Administer HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, salary revision, confirmation and etc.
- Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing HR policies
- Assist in recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing candidates and handling interview session
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date
- Responsible for general welfare of employees
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any related field, preferably Human Resource
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia HR Regulations and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Positive thinker, multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work independently
