- Engineering company for manufacturing systems
As the Admin cum Accounting Support, you will be responsible for:
- General office management and administrative task such as respond to call and office maintanence
- Assist HR task (e.g. OT, claims, payroll, leaves)
- Visit governmental departments for employee matters
- Preparing sales information
- Liasing with external parties on accounting matters (travel out of office)
- Bookeeping for petty cash
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Qualification:
- Preferably candidates with a diploma in business administration or the equivalent
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years of working experience in office administration
- Working experience in HR is mandatory
- Basic accounting skills is required
- Strong English and Mandarin fluency for business communication
- Fluency in Japanese will be strongly advantageous.
- Be able to start as soon as possible.
- Be willing to work at Seksyen U12, Shah Alam

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
