Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Support in preparation of financial reports, statements, and ledgers.
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
