What we’re looking for:
In this role, your excellent communication and organizational skills will be key in ensuring our team onboard new clients thoroughly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the rest of the team as they onboard clients and scheduling employees to optimize our process. You will also manage ongoing client communications and train your team to communicate with clients, keeping the onboarding process on track. You’ll keep things organized to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
What you’ll accomplish:
Coordinate the team handling our new client (restaurant) onboarding, demonstrating your ability to schedule appropriately and ensure projects are completed on time.
Set and optimize employee schedules to align with business demand, making sure we have the right people working at the right times.
Communicate with other departments like Sales and Customer Success, employing your proactive communication skills and responsiveness.
Use your problem-solving skills to handle last minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction and successful onboarding experiences.
About you:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Experience leading and coordinating the work of others.
Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
A quick learner, team player, and self-motivated individual.
Demonstrated ability to work under time constraints with high attention to detail.
Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to clients, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships.
Project Management Expertise: Skilled in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception to completion within tightly scheduled timelines. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) is a plus.
A can-do attitude, punctual attendance, and a flexible approach to a non-traditional work schedule.
Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, learning-oriented mindset.
High proficiency with office computer applications, e.g. Excel, Word, etc
Bonus points:
Previous experience in customer service, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
