About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative. This role combines administrative support with basic data management, reporting, and database handling to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties (documentation, filing, scheduling, correspondence).
- Manage and maintain company records, databases, and reports.
- Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
- Assist in process improvement by automating repetitive reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice-to-Have (Optional)
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
