Responsibilities
- To issue purchase orders (PO), follow up, and handle documentation.
- To assist with all operational matters pertaining to purchasing.
- To handle all documentation, such as insurance, contracts, and shipping.
- To analyze and summarize offers provided by suppliers.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Administrative Science, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Must be good in Mathematics (At least a C in SPM).
- 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Data Entry / Document Control / Microsoft Excel / ERP System will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
