Job description : Admin Assistant (operation / processing)
Job Purpose:
To handle and process applications, administrative documentation, and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role ensures accurate, timely data entry and supports the daily administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application & Data Processing
i) Receive and verify new applications and documentation.
ii) Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documentation.
iii) Input and update member information in the database/system.
2. Document & Record Management
i) Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for applications, approvals, correspondences, and other records.
ii) Prepare letters, standard forms, and administrative reports as required.
3. Coordination & Follow-up
i) Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and communication of member-related matters.
ii) Monitor processing timelines and follow up on incomplete or pending applications.
4. Compliance & Reporting
i) Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and relevant government regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia).
ii) Assist with audits and reporting by preparing and providing necessary documents.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
2. Previous experience in administrative work or cooperative operations is an advantage.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with system data entry.
4. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
5. Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling work.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
