About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in general administrative support within a professional office environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support daily administrative tasks including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Provide assistance during meetings or events (e.g., room booking, material preparation).
- Perform other general clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
