JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Fields of Study : Any
- Education Level (pursuing / obtained) : SPM and above
- Required Level of Work Experience : None
- Willingness to learn, highly disciplined
- Working location will be Kepong Menjalara
- Have experience using Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word
JOB SCOPE
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and meeting materials.
- Assist the claim payment team in checking payments.
- Assist the accounts team in issuing tuition fee receipts.
- Assist in marketing tasks (e.g., basic social media posts).
- Assist daily with punching and binding book orders.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
JOB INFORMATION
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 9:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday – 10:00am to 2:00pm
- Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,500 per month (plus performance bonus)
