1. Assist in execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll
Administration, Training Development, Performance Review, Employee Relations and Orientation program.
2. Assist in monthly payroll processing, attendance checking and leave maintenance for all employees.
3. Responsible for general HR functions including updating employee database, preparation of employment contract, Memo,
emails & etc.
4. Liaising with government authorities to ensure company’s compliance with related statutory requirements.
5. Undertake other special projects, assignments or related duties as may be specified by the management from time to time.
6.Maintain all confidential data and important P&C documentation with integrity manner
7. To carry out any other duties and job function from time to time as instructed by the Head of Department
8. Assist in resolving all administrative related problem
9. Liase with staffs on their request on stationery, uniforms, tools etc and maintain the proper stock control.
10. Responsible on company's postage documents and arrange to send to post office or courier company.
11.Liase and attend to customers' queries of quotation & complaints.
12. Prepare Purchase Requisition, Invoice, Purchase Order, Quotation, Company profile here necessary.
13. Issuance of identity cards to all the staffs.
