- Reports to Managing Director.
- Support office operations & backend processes (Filing of Payment, Bills
- Maintain customer relations by responding to enquiries via phone
- Sales support by issuing tender bids, quotations and invoices
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Ensure office's properties are well kept and secured
- Keep track and maintain office inventories
- Maintain cash book & weekly update of company accounts
Skillset:
- Fresh graduates are most welcome
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Credible arithmetic skills
- Fluent in MS Excel & MS Word
- Fluent in English
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Familiar with ePerolehan is a plus
