Location: Kota Kemuning
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document control
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and reports
- Manage calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain proper record of office supplies and coordinate purchasing
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams as needed
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
