Admin Assistant
Job Descriptions:
-Collect residence fees (Maintenance fee, overnight parking, rental, etc.,).
-Daily closing account report (collection)
-Filing of receipts and letters.
-Pay attention to resident payments and complaints, and etc., (Front-desk cashier).
-Clerical Receptionist duties include answering and directing incoming calls, photocopying, and faxing.
-Writing and responding to emails.
-Prepare a general notice to the owners.
-Prepare memo/notice as per instruct by HQ for any purposes (Festival, Public Holiday, Job Ads)
-Day-to-day management office operations – including tasks assigned from time to time by the Branch Manager, HQ, and etc.
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
