Requirement
- Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting system.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and professional accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience with good knowledge of SQL Accounting software.
- Have working experience in e-invoice.
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous and details oriented and work independently and collectively as a team with minimal supervision.
- Language proficiency: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel as when required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all relevant reconciliations, journal entries, postings, accruals etc, prior to closing monthly accounts.
- Monitor daily bank transaction, and prepare the bank reconciliation and banker acceptance.
- Arrange Payment.
- Prepare debtor and creditor aging.
- Manage Pretty Cash and reimbursement of petty cash.
- Go to bank withdraw money ( cash) for all the purpose.
- Process staff claims and ensure all claims are properly authorized and pay on time to staff.
- Other adhoc task from management from time to time.
